On arrival in Kigali international airport, you will be welcomed by our representative and transfer to Kigali where you will change money, and do some shopping if required and later drive to volcanoes national park, volcanoes is one of the most iconic land mark in East Africa where gorillas are spread across much of the equatorial African rainforest. Broadly speaking, the species is split into lowland gorillas and mountain gorillas.

The volcanic range which spans Rwanda, Uganda, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo is home to the endangered mountain gorillas. On arrival you will check in to your lodge for relaxation and overnight.

After an early breakfast at your hotel, you will transfer to Volcanoes National Park's headquarters in Kinigi to meet your ranger guides for a gorilla briefing thereafter you will embark on the once in a lifetime experience of tracking the endangered mountain gorillas in their natural Habitat.

Depending on the gorilla family you are assigned on that day, there is guarantee how long or difficult your tracking experience will be as it depends on where the family of gorillas is and on weather conditions, It can take anywhere from two up to six hours of trekking through the mountain forest at relatively high altitudes.

On allocating the gorilla family, you'll be allowed an hour of close contact with the gorillas once you've found them. You'll be privileged enough to come within mere meters of a family of these rare and beautiful animals, observing their family interactions in serene silence.

After your trekking is complete, you can choose to return to your lodge to relax or take part in a number of local activities around the park.

After an early breakfast at your hotel, you will transfer to Volcanoes National Park's headquarters in Kinigi to meet your ranger guides for a golden monkey briefing thereafter you will embark on yet another extra ordinary experience in the rainforest.

Golden monkey trek will take you through the dense stands of bamboo in search of these playful monkeys, upon allocating the droop, you will be able to view the golden monkeys playing, feeding, and jumping from tree to tree for one hour in their natural habitat.

After your tracking is complete you will transfer to Kigali for overnight.

After morning breakfast you will head to Kigali city where you will start your city tour with a visit to Kigali genocide museum in Gisozi where you will spend 2-3 hours touring this historical museum, after you will drive to kimironko market where you will visit this vibrant market with colorful fresh vegetables and fruits and later you will break for local lunch, after will drive you to inema art center where you will witness some of East Africa’s most beautiful art pieces and later you will end the day with shopping at capulaki and later you will be transferred to the airport for your onward journey.
