Northern Tanzania is one of the best places in Africa to go on safari, the chain of several national parks is all located close to each other and offers a phenomenal wildlife experience after the safari you will head to Zanzibar Archipelago for your honeymoon on one of the most romantic beach destinations in East Africa with white-sand beaches Spanning approximately 90 km long and 40 km wide, Zanzibar is a semi-autonomous archipelago consisting of two major islands – Unguja and Pemba Island. The historic capital city of Zanzibar is Stone Town a prominent city with an impressive cultural heritage and history dating back to the 19th century.

DAY 1: ARRIVAL AT KILIMANJARO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AND TRANSFER TO ARUSHA FOR OVERNIGHT

On arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be received by our representative and transfer to Your accommodation in Arusha the gate way to Northern Tanzania safari located at the back drop of mount Meru and overlooking towering Mount Kilimanjaro Africa’s highest Mountain peak.

DAY 2: DRIVE FROM ARUSHA TO TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

After an early breakfast, you will start your drive to Tarangire national which is named after the Tarangire River which runs through it. Tarangire river services as all year-round water source of water for wildlife in the region during the dry season such as elephants, giraffe, bushbuck and hartebeest, wildebeest. And range of predators like lions and leopards, abundant birdlife is also seen in this park during your game drives, on arrival you will check in to your lodge and later in the afternoon you will enjoy game viewing in search of wildlife in the park with your expert guide and don’t forget to look out for the baobab trees.

DAY 3: DRIVE TO LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK

After morning breakfast, you will depart for Lake Manyara national park where you will enjoy evening game drive, the park is Set under the magnificent of the Great Rift Valley’s steep western escarpment that preserves the area between the escarpment and Lake Manyara safe. The shallow lake Manyara is an alkaline lake famous for Flamingoes, the wide grassy flood plains and mixed acacia woodlands provide perfect habitat for wildlife like giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, impala, waterbuck, and warthog, small known shy Kik’s dik-dik as well as Klipspringer, predators like Leopards are hosted within the broken forests and the escarpment and healthy lions that are widely known for their tree climbing.

DAY 4: LAKE MANYARA TO NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA

Early breakfast, drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for game viewing drive. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of Africa’s most famous sites and is said to have the highest density of wildlife in Africa. Sometimes described as an ‘eighth wonder of the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Crater has achieved world renown, attracting an ever-increasing number of visitors each year. There is nowhere else in Africa quite like Ngorongoro! One of the best places in the country to see the endangered black rhinoceros, the park is home to the entirety of the big five and is a particularly good place to see lions, herds of wildebeest and zebras, the elusive caracal and Cape buffalo year-round.

DAY 5: NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA TO CENTRAL SERENGETI

After morning breakfast, you will depart Ngorongoro conservation area for Serengeti, the climate and vegetation of Serengeti have remained largely untouched for millions of years. Whilst the Serengeti boasts abundant wildlife, it is perhaps best known for the annual Great Migration. Vast numbers of wildebeest accompanied by large numbers of zebra and antelope move in an annual pattern, constantly seeking for fresh grazing grounds. The precise timing of the Migration entirely dependent upon the rainfall patterns each year. Upon arrival you do an evening game drive in the park.

DAY 6: DRIVE FROM CENTRAL SERENGETI TO NORTHERN SERENGETI

Breakfast will be served at the Camp; thereafter we head for a game viewing drive. The Serengeti is truly spectacular. It is famous for its vast open grasslands which allows for an excellent sighting of wildlife. The Serengeti is Tanzania’s oldest National Park and it is also one of the oldest ecosystems on earth. Following the wildebeest herds being followed by the predators is a highlight for many travelers and if you’re lucky you will see incredible wildlife on this drive and later return to the lodge for relaxation.

DAY 7: FULL DAY GAME DRIVES IN NORTHERN SERENGETI

DAY 8: FLIGHT FROM SERENGETI TO ZANZIBAR After morning breakfast, you will be transferred to the airstrip in for your flight to Zanzibar, upon arrival at Zanzibar airport you will be received by our guide in a private vehicle and transfer to your luxury Villa, upon arrival at the Villa you will check in for relaxation and overnight.

DAY 9-11: DAY AT LEISURE OR OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES AVAILABLE

You will spend the soaking in the sun at your private villa swimming pool or on the banks of the white sandy beach of the Indian Ocean or go for massages and body therapy at the spa or you may enjoy excursions like enjoy visits like Prison Island visit, this island is a home of giant tortoises. Flanged by an amazing beach of reef sanctuary, the island is ideal for swimming, snorkeling, Stone town where you will visit slave market site, now stands as Anglican church built in 1871, town market, visit the Zanzibar Memorial Museum, House of Wonder built in 1883 (Beit – Al-Ajab), old Arab Fort, Palace Museum, Old Indian cultural center, spice tour or Dhow sunset cruise on the Indian ocean or Jozani forest to trek for colobus monkeys.

DAY 12: DEPARTURE

After breakfast and a bit of relaxation at the hotel in Zanzibar and depending on the time of your flight, you will be transferred to the airport for your onward journey.
