By road the top of Murchison falls can reached from Masindi gate which is 1 hour drive or from Paraa park office which is 45 minutes’ drive.

The top of Murchison Falls is open all year around, due to the fact that the water comes from Lake Victoria the water never dries away, but the best time for the hike is in the afternoon when the sun reflects on the falls creating rainbow making it spectacular to see.
