Half and full-day fishing trips on Lake Victoria

Half and full-day fishing trips on Lake Victoria.
Half and full-day fishing trips on Lake Victoria-Lake Victoria is the birthplace of Nile perch in Uganda, the predator fish species was introduced by the British to boost the fish products but Nile perch being a predator paused a significant threat to the indigenous fish species on the lake and Nile perch has now become the most dominant species on Lake Victoria and perhaps Uganda’s largest fish export.
Though the Lake is open to controlled commercial fishing there are still some great areas along the island where you can land big Nile perch, the fishing requires patience and expertise as there are high chances of running into abandoned fishing nets but our Guides have a very good map of the Lake and they will always get you to the high chance areas during your fishing safari.
