Malawi Safaris, Tours & Holidays
Described as the ‘Warm Heart of Africa’, Malawi is a relatively little-known gem in this diverse African continent this country has so much to offer from wildlife, culture, adventure, scenery, and of course Lake Malawi the third largest lake in Africa. Malawi is an all-year-round destination in sub-Saharan Africa.
Malawi is a landlocked country in south-eastern Africa; the country is defined by its topography of highlands split by the Great Rift Valley and enormous Lake Malawi. The lake’s southern end falls within Lake Malawi National Park – sheltering diverse wildlife from colourful fish to baboons – and its clear waters are popular for diving and boating. Peninsular Cape Maclear is known for its beach resorts.
This may seem to be an extravagant claim for such a relatively small country but the truth lies in the unique combination of attractions that Malawi has to offer. Where else will you find such a genuinely warm welcome in a country at peace with itself? Where else can you experience such a diverse scenic kaleidoscope in such a small area? Here you have central Africa’s highest mountain, a vast high plateau with seemingly limitless views, forests and unspoiled game parks and, the jewel in the crown, Africa’s third-largest and most beautiful lake – truly an inland sea.
Malawi is blessed with a rich diversity of flora and fauna and has no less than nine national parks and wildlife reserves. Whilst it may not have quite the sheer numbers of large mammals as some of its better-known neighbours, it makes up for this in other ways. Malawi provides intensive and exclusive wildlife viewing in unspoiled areas of genuine wilderness. Previously perceived as a weakness, public-private partnerships in recent years have transformed Malawi’s parks & reserves. Programs of re-stocking and increased protection have resulted in a boom in wildlife numbers and the emergence of high-quality safari experiences.

Top Equatorial Guinea safari destinations
The animal population of Guinea is fortunate, since they inhabit a country where nature continues being as spectacular as it is virgin, but also where development permits taking the appropriate measures for their preservation in the future.
More than a hundred different mammals make up this fauna: small antelopes, pangolins, felines… The country is especially rich in diversity of primates: gorillas, chimpanzees, mandrills, colobus… But in Guinea, you can also find some samples of large mammals such as elephants of the jungle, hippopotamus, bush pig, and the manatee.
Also numerous are the species of reptiles and amphibians, and four species of sea turtles that frequent the coast stand out.
Rwanda holiday packages
Rwanda is accessible all year round but the dry season between June and September is renowned for being the best time to go to Rwanda. There is often light cloud cover during this time of year and it makes for a comfortable climate for gorilla trekking experience.
Doing things for the first time in Rwanda is exciting and fun, but it can also be a bit scary especially when it comes to safaris – a situation that puts you in a new country surrounded by wild animals! That said, once you know you’re in good hands, the anxiety dissipates and you’re left with the freedom to make the most of your adventure.
